Local businesses were shown around the premises which feature 14 offices providing flexible term leases for businesses suiting one person up to a business with 8 employees. The meeting rooms are available to hire by the hour with the rate of just £15 an hour including stationery and refreshments.
Everyone present agreed that the building had been very sympathetically restored and the space designed to create a friendly welcoming feel where the different businesses can all feel part of a Community.
The bright kitchen
There is a reception area, and a great kitchen with all the facilities needed plus a TV. Small businesses or people working alone often miss this social aspect and so Fran and Graham, the owners of The Mill have ensured that they are providing a friendly atmosphere with the right space to enable the tenants to have a social aspect to their working lives too and not feel isolated.
